libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0-udeb software package provides GDK Pixbuf library - minimal runtime, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0-udeb
libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0-udeb is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0-udeb package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0-udeb *
